Bear Robotics
Bear Robotics is a high-tech robotics company, conducting B2B business for the hospitality industry. As a fast growing start-up, the company was seeking support to help develop creative strategies to increase brand awareness, provide sales and marketing teams with confident visual communications, and support art direction for impact.

With Bear Robotics being a tech company, catering to a hospitality industry, researched showed that audiences engaged differently based on geographic location. Day - to- day tasks of sales reps included promoting and selling products to customers, clients, and businesses. In addition, sales reps and marketing managers worked together to attend vendor conferences and events to increase product visibility and brand awareness.
Hotels, restaurants, senior living facilities, and entertainment centers are just a few industries Bear Robotics partnered with to strengthen the workforce and enhance operations. With that, marketing materials were designed based on audience and locations, for both USA and South Korea markets, pivoting between modern & refined to. fun & energetic.
As part of the effort to establish attention grabbing marketing collateral, surveys were conducted with sales reps to further understand the needs that would support sales strategies in the field. We undercovered that sales and marketing teams preferred eye-catching pitch decks, stand-out event materials, and visuals that easily made communications easier to diegest.
In addition, sales and marketing teams wanted to understand partner's/client's customers better. Therefore, surveys were created specifically for end-users that interacted Bear Robotics products to get better insight on what's working, what can be improved or needs attention.
The surveys revealed that over 85% of endusers were excited about this technology and the majority loved the interaction, speediness, and ease of use. Customers were eager to use the robots, and waiters/waitresses expressed how the support helped tackle the busy demands between tables.
As part of bringing more awareness and information about what Bear Robotics offered, an audit of the business site was conducted. This included outlining areas for improvement and site accessibility. Upon research, I provided feedback that would help make the site more effective and user-friendly.
Suggestions such as:
Establish the 60-30-10 rule for brand color usage
Remove copy/text over images and/or videos
Provide information about offerings/products
Incorporate more partner/client reviews for credibility
Allow contacting and speaking to a sales rep more prevalent and easier to access (adding to header/footer and as CTA's on select pages)
and More!
One important feature the company wanted to incorporate was the ability to order products. With feedback and gathered data, I also supported by mocking up lo-fi to hi-fi wireframes to present to Marketing, Sales, and Product teams, along with stakeholders to showcase what is possible.
